Des Moines downs Omaha, 6-2

Jack Jenkins racked up one point to lead the Des Moines Buccaneers to a 6-2 victory over the Omaha Lancers.

Des Moines bested its season scoring average. The Buccaneers have scored at the pace of 2.6 goals per game during the current campaign. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.
